Intelliscape, part of the Modaxo family, is looking for a commercially driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead our next phase of growth.
Intelliscape, part of the Modaxo family, is looking for a commercially driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead our next phase of growth. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, with real scope to shape our strategy, strengthen our market position, and help more transport authorities and infrastructure owners benefit from our technology.
Intelliscape, formerly the Intelligent Transport Systems Division of SEA, joined Modaxo in 2025, a global organisation of more than 40 companies and over 3,300 people across almost 40 countries, all focused on advancing people transportation. It's a genuinely exciting time to join us as we continue evolving our product suite with the backing of a group dedicated to this space.
As Sales & Marketing Director, you'll lead our Sales & Marketing function across business development, account management, strategic partnerships, proposals, marketing, events and sales operations, translating our technical capability into compelling commercial propositions and shaping how we position Roadflow in the market.
What you'll be doing
Commercial Strategy & Growth
- Developing and delivering our Sales & Marketing strategy, aligned to business plans and growth ambitions
- Owning order intake, pipeline development, forecast accuracy and profitable revenue growth
- Building and converting a qualified pipeline across new business, existing accounts, frameworks and competitive tenders
- Leading commercial strategy for major opportunities, including bid positioning, pricing and executive engagement
Marketing & Market Positioning
- Leading our marketing strategy, ensuring every activity supports growth, engagement and revenue
- Defining compelling value propositions that turn technical capability into clear customer benefits
- Overseeing marketing, sales and bid collateral, and ensuring a consistent, professional brand presence
- Developing campaigns, events and thought leadership that build market awareness and pipeline

Customer & Partner Relationships
- Building senior-level relationships with customers, partners and industry bodies
- Acting as executive sponsor for key accounts, driving satisfaction, retention and growth
- Identifying and managing strategic partnerships that open new routes to market
- Representing Intelliscape at customer meetings, conferences and industry forums
Leadership & Governance
- Providing strategic leadership for the Sales & Marketing function, building a high-performance, accountable culture
- Leading, coaching and developing the team, with clear objectives and development plans
- Owning Sales & Marketing budgets and investment decisions
- Contributing as a member of the Senior Leadership Team to wider business strategy and planning
Who we're looking for
- Significant senior sales, business development or commercial leadership experience, with a track record of sustainable, profitable growth
- Experience leading and developing high-performing commercial, sales or marketing teams
- Strong consultative, value-based selling experience, with the ability to build persuasive business cases
- Experience building executive-level relationships and leading major bids or complex negotiations
- Experience within Intelligent Transport Systems, parking, transport technology or related sectors
- UK public sector experience and knowledge of partner-led routes to market would be a bonus

- Decisive & Accountable - Makes sound, evidence-based decisions, takes ownership of outcomes and holds self and others accountable for delivering commitments, even in complex or uncertain situations.
- Integrity & Professionalism - Demonstrates the highest standards of honesty, professionalism and ethical conduct, consistently acting in a manner that protects and enhances the reputation of Intelliscape and its stakeholders.

- A competitive salary of c. £75,000, a £5,000 car allowance, and a sales incentive scheme worth up to 60% of salary.
