My client is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to drive growth across Europe, leading sales, marketing, and business development whilst remaining hands-on with strategic customers.

We're looking for someone with:
- Relevant technical degree, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in semiconductor test, ATE or handling systems
- A strong network within the semiconductor industry
- Commercial leadership experience with a strategic, hands-on approach
- A passion for building customer relationships and winning new business
