We’re looking for someone to join our team who can support our sales and marketing activity, as we look to build ilumis’s audiences and continue to make an impact in the tax industry. We’re about to launch a number of exciting campaigns and want to grow our marketing team to support this new phase in our organisation.

Your job will be two-fold – to pick up and nurture leads who come to ilumis, qualify them using a CRM (with training) and pass them onto the right member of the team. Meanwhile, you’ll be supporting our social media, creating short-form video content for LinkedIn with the team, scheduling posts and using templates to create content.

Throughout, you’ll be supported by our creative agency who will guide you through our marketing strategy and create key content. Your job will be bridging ilumis, our creative agency and the outside world – and it’s a brilliant chance to learn loads as you do it!

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us, and there will be plenty of opportunity for this role to expand over time, with more days, more scope, and allowing you to shape a career you can really enjoy.

Our hope is in 6 months time, we’re regularly producing fantastic video content that compliments our wider marketing strategy, and have a lead nurturing process working effectively for us.

Person specification

You’ll be enthusiastic and love to learn, with some experience in marketing and particularly in creating video content (freelance, placements and personal projects count!). We’re anticipating someone who is early in their career, so don’t expect you to be an expert. You’ll enjoy talking to people, figuring out what they need and have a sharp eye for detail. We want someone who likes to fill their brain with new things: becoming an expert on our products, enjoying building relationships and taking every opportunity to sharpen their marketing skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
