Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Hayes. The intern will support sales and marketing activities, including assisting with lead generation, preparing sales materials, and contributing to marketing campaigns. Daily tasks may include conducting market research, engaging with prospective and existing clients, supporting customer service activities, and updating CRM and sales records. The intern will collaborate with the sales team on outreach initiatives, participate in training sessions, and help organize presentations and product demonstrations. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech environment with exposure to both sales and marketing functions.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Interest and foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management to support outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline activities.
  • Ability to participate in and benefit from Training activities, including learning new tools, products, and processes.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts and willingness to contribute to digital and offline marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working with spreadsheets, presentations, and online collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
  • Capacity to work on-site in Hayes as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (current student or recent graduate) is preferred.
