About MASS Concrete

We design and manufacture offsite Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) and precast concrete for architects, designers, contractors, and brands, from façade panels and flooring to bespoke feature elements and furniture. Everything is made in our own factory in Dorset, from design and engineering through to installation. Sustainability is part of how we work: our mixes use recycled aggregates such as crushed mirror glass, local shingle, and industrial by-products.

The role

You will own MASS Concrete's revenue: winning new specifications, growing key accounts, and turning enquiries into profitable orders the factory can deliver. You will lead a team of three, including in-house marketing, and work closely with the Commercial Director, Operations Director, and in-house engineer. This is a senior, hands-on role, in front of architects and main contractors and shaping projects from concept to installation.

What you'll do

  • Set and deliver the annual sales plan, revenue, and margin targets
  • Build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, main contractors, and brand clients to secure early specification
  • Lead on major bids, tenders, and commercial negotiations
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team, with clear individual targets and KPIs
  • Own the multi-channel marketing plan and manage our external SEO and AI visibility agency
  • Represent MASS Concrete at trade shows, awards, and industry events
  • Own the CRM, forecasting, and monthly sales and marketing reporting to the Board
  • Align sales commitments with factory capacity and lead times, and support a smooth handover from sale to site

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
