Sales and Marketing Management Trainee Full-Time
Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing and sales while developing the skills needed to take on greater responsibility over time?
We're currently recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee to join our growing team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, are motivated to learn, and want to build practical experience in offline marketing, customer acquisition, and sales.
Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll receive ongoing training while representing our clients through face-to-face campaigns and developing valuable communication and leadership skills.
Your Responsibilities
- Represent clients through offline, face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns.
- Engage directly with customers to promote products and services.
- Support customer acquisition and client representation initiatives.
- Develop confidence in sales, communication, and relationship-building.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to help achieve campaign objectives.
- Learn about campaign planning, team collaboration, and day-to-day business operations.

About You
We're looking for candidates who are:
- Positive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with members of the public.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions, or sales is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.
