Job Opportunity: Sales Representative
Role Overview
I run a face-to-face sales team in Wolverhampton. We speak to customers at their doors about their energy, develop people’s communication skills and give them the opportunity to take on responsibility as they become capable of it.
The Work
You’ll approach people who weren’t expecting you. You’ll hear “no”, work outdoors and have days where your effort doesn’t immediately show in your results. You’ll need to listen, learn the product properly and represent it honestly. There are targets, feedback, compliance and standards you’ll be expected to meet consistently.
And we teach you how to handle all of that. A proven system, daily coaching and the law of averages help you put rejection into perspective and focus on what you can control. You’ll represent recognised clients, with clear professional standards and a team supporting you as you learn.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why Join Us
No experience? You’ve been selling your whole life! Not naturally gifted? So? Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.
I care about the atmosphere people walk into every morning. We enjoy ourselves, we back each other and we take the work seriously. Anyone joining has a part in maintaining that.
If that sounds like an environment you’d enjoy, message me with a little about yourself, what you’re looking for and what you’d bring.
We’ll have a straightforward conversation about the actual role, hours, pay structure and expectations and you can ask me as many questions as I ask you.
I’m comfortable being selective, and you should be too. It needs to work for both of us.
