Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Management Trainee is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. In this role, the trainee supports the planning and execution of sales and customer acquisition campaigns, engages directly with customers to represent client brands, and helps track performance metrics. The trainee participates in structured training sessions, shadowing managers on sales strategy and team leadership, and takes on increasing responsibility for coaching new team members and supporting campaign performance reviews. This role is designed to build the skills needed for future leadership positions in sales and marketing.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on building rapport, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Foundational Sales skills, such as prospecting, presenting solutions, and managing objections in a target-driven environment.
  • Interest or experience in Training and coaching, with the ability to learn and later support the development of new team members.
  • Motivation to grow into Sales Management responsibilities, including understanding performance metrics and supporting team goals.
  • Ability to work on-site in the London Area, manage time effectively, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Demonstrated resilience, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Relevant education or training in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial, though diverse backgrounds are welcomed.
