Sales & Marketing Management Trainee

Full-Time | On-Site

Build Your Career in Sales, Marketing & Management

Are you looking for a hands-on opportunity where you can develop practical sales and marketing experience while building the skills needed for greater responsibility?

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Sales & Marketing Management Trainees. Our work specialises in traditional, offline marketing and face-to-face sales, giving you the opportunity to gain real-world commercial experience while learning how successful sales campaigns are delivered, managed, and developed.

This Role Starts at an Entry-Level

You'll first learn about the products and services you represent, develop knowledge of our clients and campaigns, build confidence communicating with customers, and gain an understanding of how our business operates. As you gain experience and demonstrate the relevant skills, you'll have the opportunity to become involved in additional sales, campaign, team, and management responsibilities.

Starting Your Journey

Your initial focus will be on developing a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and business operations. This includes:

  • Learning about the products, services, and clients you represent.
  • Developing a strong understanding of our sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Building confidence in face-to-face customer communication.
  • Learning how customer acquisition and sales campaigns are delivered.
  • Developing an understanding of business processes, campaign objectives, and team performance.
  • Working alongside experienced team members and receiving ongoing coaching and feedback.

This entry-level foundation is designed to help you understand the business from the ground up before taking on additional responsibilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
