Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The trainee will support the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, including face-to-face and digital customer interactions, lead generation, and brand representation activities. The role also involves learning and applying sales techniques, tracking performance metrics, contributing to training sessions, and supporting basic team coordination tasks. The trainee will work closely with senior team members to build commercial, leadership, and performance management capabilities, with clear progression opportunities based on results.

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
  • Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle queries, and resolve issues professionally.
  • Sales skills, including prospecting, presenting, and closing, with motivation to work toward targets.
  • Interest or experience in Training and Sales Management, including coaching peers and supporting team performance.
  • Ability to work on-site in the London Area, UK, with a flexible, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, take feedback constructively, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles or commercial environments; prior customer-facing experience is an advantage.
  • Educational background in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
