Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Management Trainee role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The trainee will support the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, including prospecting, customer outreach, and brand representation across designated channels. The role involves:

  • Participating in training sessions
  • Working closely with managers to understand performance metrics
  • Contributing to team initiatives and reporting

As skills develop, the trainee will gradually take on responsibilities in coaching new team members and supporting basic sales management tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle questions, and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Sales skills, including prospecting, presenting solutions, and supporting the closing of new business.
  • Training and Sales Management potential, with an interest in learning how to coach others and contribute to team performance.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in the London Area and collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
  • Relevant education or experience in business, marketing, or a customer-facing role is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and progress through a structured development and mentorship program.
