We're looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the way in driving business growth, increasing brand awareness and developing strong customer relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused individual to take ownership of the sales and marketing strategy, identify new business opportunities, and deliver innovative campaigns that support our long-term objectives.

About the role:

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales and Marketing Manager to help grow our business, strengthen customer relationships and increase awareness of our brand and product offering.

This is a hands-on role where building and developing sales opportunities will be the primary focus. You'll spend much of your time identifying new business prospects, nurturing key customer relationships and finding ways to increase revenue. Alongside this, you'll lead marketing initiatives that support sales growth, enhance our market presence and ensure we communicate the "Hayley Way" effectively to customers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical action and takes pride in delivering measurable results.

What we’re looking for in our Sales and Marketing Manager:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager or similar role
  • Strong track record of delivering sales growth
  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer focus
  • Ability to analyse market data and identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience using a variety of communication channels and platforms to reach and engage diverse audiences effectively
