The Company
A well-established and continuously growing medical technology organisation operating within the medical technology sector. With an expanding international presence and innovative product portfolio, they are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to support continued commercial growth across Europe.
The Role
This is a varied, commercially focused position combining sales, marketing, and strategic business development. You'll be responsible for:
- Developing growth plans across key European markets
- Building relationships with senior healthcare professionals
- Supporting customer education
- Driving adoption of a specialist product portfolio

Alongside the commercial element, you'll contribute to:

Experience Required
- 5+ years' experience within surgical sales
- Candidates must have marketing & market development experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare and clinical environments
- Proven commercial success and territory growth
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe
Location & Travel
Candidates must be based in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, or Spain and be comfortable travelling extensively across Europe, approximately 3 days per week.

The Package
- Basic Salary: €70,000-€95,000 DOE
- Bonus: 15%
- Car: Company car
- Benefits: Pension, healthcare, laptop, mobile, and expenses
- Holiday: In line with standard entitlement in the country of residence
- Working Pattern: Approximately 3 days per week customer-facing, with the remainder home-based and focused on strategic, commercial, and marketing activities
Desired Skills and Experience
