SALES & MARKETING MANAGER / LEADER

West Midlands | Hybrid

£50,000–£60,000 base salary, plus benefits and bonus

Harper Fox Partners is proud to be partnering with an award-winning, purpose-led beauty brand dedicated to celebrating textured hair, natural beauty and more inclusive beauty narratives.

As the business enters its next phase of UK growth and prepares for future expansion into the US, we are seeking a commercially driven and creative Sales & Marketing Manager / Leader to accelerate B2C growth, strengthen customer retention and increase brand visibility.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the CEO, this individual will help shape and deliver the organisation’s sales, marketing and brand growth strategy.

This is a visible and hands-on position within an ambitious, investor-backed business. It requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical execution, provide direction to the wider team and deliver measurable commercial results within a lean, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help shape and deliver an integrated sales and marketing strategy across the UK and future US markets.
  • Drive B2C growth and customer retention across e-commerce, online sales and subscription-based models.
  • Lead and optimise digital marketing activity across multiple platforms, using data and customer insight to improve performance.
  • Oversee campaigns across digital, social and experiential channels, ensuring alignment with brand values and commercial priorities.
  • Act as the key day-to-day link between external partners and the internal team, supporting effective collaboration and delivery.
  • Provide direction to the sales and marketing team, encouraging accountability, creativity and measurable performance.
  • Support the development of B2B opportunities with retailers, distributors, salons and other commercial partners.
  • Partner with the CEO on sales targets, marketing plans, KPIs, forecasting and overall commercial performance.
  • Support board and investor reporting by providing clear commercial updates and performance insight.
  • Monitor customer behaviour, category trends and competitor activity to inform positioning, pricing and promotional strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
