Are you a commercially driven Sales & Marketing professional looking for an opportunity where you can take ownership, shape strategy and make a real impact?
An exciting opportunity is available with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organisation in Crowborough, looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead its marketing strategy, brand development and commercial growth.
📍 Location: Crowborough, UK
🏢 Working arrangement: Onsite/Hybrid
🔹 What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the rebranding and website development
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy
- Drive SEO, lead generation and website conversions
- Use market data to identify new business opportunities
- Develop marketing and promotional materials
- Support both Residential and Business markets
- Drive brand awareness, engagement and commercial growth

🔹 What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in Sales & Marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing and lead generation
- Commercially focused with a creative mindset
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
- Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Industry experience is highly preferable
