Role Description

This is a full-time, fully remote Sales and Marketing Manager role based in the United Kingdom. The Sales and Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, including prospecting, building and managing a pipeline, delivering product presentations, and negotiating contracts with new and existing clients. The role involves planning and implementing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline channels, creating messaging that highlights Safeboard LTD’s regulatory-compliant onboarding solutions, and tracking campaign performance. The manager will collaborate with product, operations, and customer success teams to align go-to-market activities with business objectives, gather market feedback, and support continuous improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities also include preparing sales reports, forecasting revenue, maintaining CRM data accuracy, and representing the company at industry events and meetings.

  • Strong sales and account management skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
  • Experience in marketing strategy and campaign execution across digital and traditional channels.
  • Ability to develop clear, compelling sales and marketing communications, presentations, and proposals.
  • Familiarity with compliance-focused or B2B software solutions, preferably in regulated industries.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools, and comfort using data to track performance and optimize activities.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in a sales or marketing leadership role; experience in the United Kingdom market is an advantage.
