Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brentwood. The Job Title role involves supporting the delivery of renewable energy projects from planning through installation and follow-up service. Typical tasks may include:

- Coordinating with clients
- Preparing basic project documentation
- Assisting with site assessments
- Supporting the installation team to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards

The role may also include:
- Maintaining records
- Communicating project updates to stakeholders
- Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience
Collaboration with technical, operational, and administrative colleagues is expected on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest or experience in renewable energy, especially solar power solutions.
- Basic understanding of project coordination or operations within a technical or construction environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage time, and maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Comfort working on-site, with adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and industry practices.
- Relevant education or training in engineering, environmental science, construction, or a related field is beneficial.
- Prior experience in the energy, utilities, or building services sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
