Sales and Marketing Representative

💸 Earnings OTE: £28,000–£32,000
Relay Direct is looking for a confident and commercially minded Sales and Marketing Representative to join our growing team.
You will engage directly with prospective customers through face-to-face B2B, B2C and event campaigns. By communicating our clients’ products and services clearly, creating positive customer experiences and identifying new commercial opportunities, you will contribute to increased brand awareness, customer acquisition and campaign performance.
As a customer-facing representative of Relay Direct, you will maintain a professional approach and ensure that every interaction reflects both our company standards and the values of the brands we represent.
Your Responsibilities
- Represent established client brands through face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns
- Approach and engage prospective customers professionally
- Present client products, services and campaign offers clearly
- Generate brand awareness, qualified leads and new customer acquisitions
- Tailor conversations to different customer needs while maintaining accurate campaign messaging
- Build positive customer relationships and create a strong brand experience
- Work with the team to achieve daily and weekly performance targets
- Contribute ideas that support campaign development and growth

Your Strengths
- Confident, enthusiastic and comfortable in a customer-facing role
- Able to communicate clearly and build rapport with different audiences
- Commercially aware and motivated by measurable results
- Capable of learning detailed product and campaign information
- Able to balance brand standards with sales objectives
- Organised, reliable and able to manage priorities effectively
- Ambitious, self-motivated and receptive to coaching
- Interested in sales performance, customer engagement and practical marketing
Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, events or marketing would be beneficial, although structured training and ongoing support will be provided.

Your Progression
Training begins with communication, product knowledge, brand representation and customer acquisition. As you demonstrate consistent performance and complete each stage of development, you may progress towards coaching, campaign coordination and leadership responsibilities.
