Are you looking to develop your sales, communication and leadership skills in a performance-focused environment?
We're looking for motivated individuals to join our growing sales and marketing team in London.
This is a face-to-face customer acquisition role, where you'll develop your ability to communicate with customers, build relationships and represent established brands and organisations.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide structured training, ongoing mentoring and practical support to help you develop.
What you'll be doing
You'll begin by developing the core skills required for successful face-to-face sales and customer acquisition.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging directly with customers through genuine, one-to-one conversations
- Representing established brands and organisations professionally
- Developing your communication, sales and customer acquisition skills
- Working towards clear individual performance goals
- Receiving regular coaching, mentoring and feedback
- Building confidence and consistency through practical experience
- Taking on additional responsibility as your skills and performance develop
Development & progression
We believe progression should be based on development, performance and clearly defined criteria.
From your first day, you'll receive practical training and ongoing mentoring. As you demonstrate the required skills and performance, you'll have the opportunity to progress into greater responsibility, including coaching and developing other team members.

Earnings
This opportunity operates on a self-employed, commission-only basis.
There is no fixed salary or guaranteed income. Commission is directly linked to individual performance, with no upper limit on potential earnings.

The role involves face-to-face customer engagement and therefore requires candidates to be comfortable working directly with members of the public.

IMPORTANT — COMPENSATION & WORKING ARRANGEMENT
This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity and is not a salaried employment position. There is no fixed salary or guaranteed income. Earnings are uncapped and based on individual performance.
We provide training, mentoring and the means for individuals to develop their sales and customer acquisition skills and generate commission in line with their performance.
There is no requirement to pay a fee to apply or to recruit other people in order to earn commission.
