Location: Remote (UK-Based)
Job Type: Part-Time / Flexible (Approx. 20–25 hours per week—perfect to balance around clinical shifts!)
Compensation: Base Salary (£14,000–£16,000)
OrelaAI is an exciting, fast-growing UK digital health platform. We are completely changing the way people look after their smiles using cutting-edge smartphone AI technology. Our platform helps users screen their teeth and gums at home, bridging the gap between daily brushing and routine clinical visits.
Our development team has built the platform, and we are now looking for our very first commercial champion to lead our UK market launch.
The Role
As our Growth Lead, you will be the face and voice of OrelaAI across the UK, driving consumer downloads (B2C) and signing up corporate wellness partnerships (B2B2C), dental practices (B2B).

What You Will Do:
- B2B2C Enterprise Sales: Reach out to corporate HR managers and benefits directors to pitch OrelaAI as a premium workplace wellness perk that cuts down employee absenteeism and boosts team health.
- Organic Marketing: Use your sales/ dentistry words to create engaging, simple social media videos and educational campaigns that make regular people excited to download and subscribe to the app.
- B2B, Clinic Networking: Connect with dental practices to show them how our preventative screening app helps keep patients engaged between their routine checkups.
Who You Are:

- You have hands-on experience in the UK sales sector. You understand customer.
