About the Role
Join OhMyFood as we launch London's first home-cooked food marketplace. This is a remote 45-day volunteer role for Phase 1, with a 30-day HR review and the possibility of future paid or full-time opportunities based on performance, business needs, and role availability.
We’re looking for an energetic, people-friendly Sales & Marketing Executive to represent OhMyFood, engage communities, onboard home chefs, and drive early adoption.
What You’ll Do
- Community engagement across markets, campuses, events, and residential areas
- Home chef acquisition through direct onboarding and cold calling
- Customer acquisition via promotion and launch offers
- Partnership building with local businesses and community groups
- Market research through real-time feedback from chefs and customers
- Marketing support including campaigns
- Daily reporting of interactions, leads, and insights to the core team

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or outreach
- Strong communication and an outgoing, confident personality
- Comfort approaching and collaborating with new people in person and online
- Results-driven mindset with target focus
- Organised & reliable with good schedule management
- Interest in food & community is a strong plus
- Knowledge of London areas (student, cultural, residential)
