Role Description
This is a volunteer, hybrid Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Bromley, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves engaging prospective and existing clients, explaining finance and mortgage products, and supporting them through the inquiry and application process. Responsibilities include generating leads, following up on referrals, promoting BusinessXbridge services, and contributing to sales campaigns. The representative will support marketing initiatives, such as preparing outreach materials, updating online content, and assisting with events or webinars. The role also includes collaborating with the team to improve customer experience, providing feedback on market trends, and participating in ongoing training to strengthen product and compliance knowledge.

- Interest or Experience in Finance: Candidates should ideally have interest or experience in finance, mortgages, or professional services, with the ability to learn product and regulatory details.
- Organizational and Time-management Skills: Candidates should demonstrate good organizational and time-management skills, comfort using digital tools and CRM systems, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is beneficial, though motivated individuals with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
