Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Norwich, which can also be remote if you know how to get restaurants to sign up. The person in this role will identify and connect with independent restaurant prospects, conduct product demonstrations, and clearly communicate the value of Clarity Menu’s platform. They will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and outreach through closing and onboarding new customers.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Building and maintaining relationships with restaurant owners and managers
- Responding to inquiries
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Supporting marketing campaigns
- Attending local industry events
- Gathering market feedback to help refine messaging and go-to-market strategies
The Sales and Marketing Representative will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and strong post-sale engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse restaurant operators.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, food service, or related industries.
- Ability to deliver Training and product demonstrations, guiding customers through onboarding and adoption of digital tools.
- Comfort with using CRM systems and basic digital marketing tools; ability to track leads, opportunities, and outcomes effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented approach, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks.
- Interest in hospitality, restaurant operations, or food safety regulations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Norwich and visit customer locations as needed.
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
