Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Fort William. The specialist will drive property sales and lettings by managing leads, conducting viewings, and following up with prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks include:

The specialist will also support training initiatives within the team, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with management to meet revenue and occupancy targets.

Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals, and support achievement of sales targets.
  • Training skills to help onboard team members and share best practices in sales and customer care.
  • Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or a related sales environment is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Fort William, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records in CRM or similar systems.
  • Proficiency with basic office software and digital marketing tools; familiarity with social media marketing is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Formal education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
