Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Fort William. The specialist will drive property sales and lettings by managing leads, conducting viewings, and following up with prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Producing listings and promotional materials
- Monitoring market trends to optimize pricing and positioning
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Responding to inquiries
- Building long-term relationships with property owners and tenants

The specialist will also support training initiatives within the team, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with management to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals, and support achievement of sales targets.
- Training skills to help onboard team members and share best practices in sales and customer care.
- Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or a related sales environment is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Fort William, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records in CRM or similar systems.
- Proficiency with basic office software and digital marketing tools; familiarity with social media marketing is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Formal education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
