Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bolton, responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for Pureleaf. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Promoting Pureleaf products in-store and through local outreach
  • Conducting product demonstrations
  • Engaging with customers to explain the benefits and proper use of herbal vaping products

The specialist will:

  • Develop and execute local sales and marketing campaigns
  • Support social media and promotional activities
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors

Additionally, the role involves:

  • Tracking sales performance
  • Gathering customer feedback
  • Providing insights to improve marketing strategies and product positioning

The role also includes:

  • Training team members and retail staff on product knowledge and customer service best practices
  • Ensuring all activities align with company values and regulatory guidelines

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging customers, explaining product benefits, and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to meet targets, manage pipelines, and support retail and distribution relationships.
  • Candidates should possess Training skills to educate team members and retail staff on product features, sales techniques, and customer interaction standards.
  • Relevant experience in retail, FMCG, health and wellness, or consumer products sales is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bolton, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate sales and marketing records.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools and social media platforms for supporting local marketing efforts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
