Growth & Marketing Executive
Horsham | £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus | Hybrid Working
Are you a marketing graduate or early-career marketing professional who enjoys building relationships just as much as creating content?
We're looking for an ambitious individual to join our successful and growing financial services business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a marketing background to broaden their commercial skillset, contribute to business growth, and play a key role in generating new opportunities, with attractive monthly commission incentives linked to your success.
You'll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas to life, develop marketing campaigns, strengthen the company's online presence, and build new relationships across the local Horsham community, wider property sector, and surrounding business networks.

What you'll be doing
- Managing and growing social media channels
- Creating engaging content across digital platforms
- Supporting website updates and marketing campaigns
- Identifying lead generation opportunities
- Building relationships with local businesses, estate agents and professional introducers
- Attending networking and community events
- Helping increase brand awareness across the local area
- Supporting business growth initiatives and new marketing ideas
What we're looking for
- A degree in Marketing or a related subject, or equivalent marketing experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking to people face to face and over the phone
- A commercial mindset and genuine interest in business growth
- Experience in a customer-facing, retail, hospitality, sales or business development role would be highly advantageous
- Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation
- Enthusiasm, energy and a willingness to learn
