We’re hiring: B2B Sales / Business Development Representative (Commission / Remote, UK Market)

Are you a proactive sales professional who knows how to close deals in the B2B, SaaS, or appointment-based service sectors?

At Vaybe (vaybe.app), we’ve built a cutting-edge AI Voice Receptionist that answers calls 24/7, handles customer inquiries, and books appointments seamlessly. We’re solving a huge pain point for salons, clinics, and local service businesses in the UK that miss revenue due to unanswered calls.

We have a proven product, live interactive demos, and a warm lead engine ready to go. Now, we need a high-energy Sales Outreach Specialist / B2B Sales Executive to turn opportunities into long-term clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Outbound Outreach: Reaching out to salon owners, clinics, and service business decision-makers across the UK via LinkedIn, Cold Calls, and Emails.
  • Live Demos: Guiding prospects through our instant live demo (showing them how the AI receptionist books appointments in seconds).
  • Closing: Managing the sales cycle from first touchpoint to onboarded account.
  • Feedback Loop: Working directly with the founder to refine targeting, scripts, and sales collateral.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
