Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a part-time hybrid position based in Greater London, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves promoting MiliBed Labs’ products and platforms, identifying prospective customers, and nurturing relationships across key markets and industries. The specialist will support sales campaigns, prepare presentations and proposals, and assist with both online and offline marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and product adoption.
Day-to-day activities include:
- Engaging with leads and customers
- Gathering market feedback
- Collaborating with product and operations teams
- Contributing to training materials or demos that help clients understand product value
The role requires consistent reporting on sales activities, pipeline progress, and outcomes, as well as participation in occasional in-person meetings or events in Greater London.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects, clients, and internal teams.
- Sales and Sales Management skills to manage pipelines, close deals, and support the implementation of sales strategies.
- Training skills to deliver product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and educational content for customers and partners.
- Relevant experience in technology, SaaS, AI, or digital platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, manage multiple priorities, and meet part-time schedule commitments.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and basic data analysis is an advantage.
- A background in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
