Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in EU. The specialist will engage prospective and existing users, explain EliteResume’s value proposition, and guide them through product features to drive conversions and subscription growth.

- Managing the sales pipeline
- Conducting product demos
- Handling inbound and outbound inquiries
- Providing customer support that reinforces long-term relationships
- Collaborating on marketing campaigns
- Gathering user feedback
- Preparing training materials
- Reporting on sales and marketing performance
The specialist will work closely with product and operations teams to align sales messaging with platform updates and user needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage users, address inquiries, and build trust.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet targets.
- Experience in Training, including delivering product walkthroughs and creating user-facing materials.
- Background in marketing, lead generation, or SaaS sales is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working with digital tools, CRMs, and data to analyze performance and optimize campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience
