Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Reflect. The Specialist will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct discovery calls, and present Reflect’s API-based solutions in a clear and compelling way. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, nurturing leads, preparing proposals, and collaborating with marketing to create and execute campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption. The role also involves delivering product demos, supporting onboarding and training for new customers, and gathering feedback to help improve messaging and positioning. The Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with product strategy and market trends.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage prospects, address inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including pipeline management, deal negotiation, and meeting revenue targets.
  • Experience delivering Training to customers or internal teams, including product walkthroughs, onboarding sessions, and ongoing support.
  • Background in marketing or growth-focused roles, with familiarity in creating or supporting campaigns for B2B SaaS or fintech products.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and collaborate across distributed teams.
  • Comfort with API-driven technology solutions and an interest in digital finance, fintech, or related industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales metrics reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working within Fintech, Embedded Finance or Blockchain Finance.
