Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the City of Nottingham. This position is responsible for driving sales performance in local and regional markets, managing customer relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives that grow brand awareness and revenue. The role also involves:

  • Coordinating with marketing teams to execute campaigns
  • Supporting training for store staff on sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Gathering feedback to improve customer experience

The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a high standard of service across channels.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Candidates should possess proven Sales skills and experience in Sales Management to achieve targets and manage sales pipelines effectively.
  • Candidates should possess Training and coaching abilities to support and develop team members in sales and customer engagement.
  • Candidates should possess basic marketing knowledge, including promotional planning and campaign support, preferably in retail or consumer products.
  • Relevant experience in retail, hobby, gaming, or entertainment industries is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with sales and marketing tools (e.g., CRM, POS, analytics) are preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Nottingham, collaborate with a diverse team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
