Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Lytchett Matravers. The specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote NovaSpark’s digital services, including SEO, paid advertising, social media management, and website design. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospects, managing client relationships, presenting service offerings, and following up to close opportunities. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with client needs, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports on sales activities and marketing outcomes. The specialist will support training for clients on marketing tools and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive new business, manage pipelines, and meet revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support client education on digital marketing solutions and internal knowledge sharing.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in digital marketing, including SEO, online advertising, and social media, or a strong interest in learning these areas.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A background in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
