Role Description
This full-time remote Sales and Marketing Specialist role is responsible for driving revenue growth and supporting client acquisition for Synqed AI. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Identifying and qualifying leads
- Presenting AI automation solutions
- Managing the sales cycle from initial outreach through closing
- Collaborating with marketing to create and refine campaigns
- Nurturing prospects through email, social, and virtual meetings
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM tools

The specialist will provide consultative guidance to prospective clients, support onboarding by aligning expectations, and share feedback with internal teams to improve messaging and offerings. Regular reporting on pipeline, performance metrics, and market insights is expected.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, understand client needs, and build long-term relationships.
- Sales and Sales Management skills to manage pipelines, close deals, and support structured sales processes.
- Training skills to guide clients and internal stakeholders on solution benefits, usage, and best practices.
- Experience in B2B services or SaaS, preferably in AI or technology-driven solutions, is beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, online communication tools, and basic marketing analytics is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet targets is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
