Role Description We are looking for a confident and results-driven Marketing & Sales Professional to introduce Build Halt to potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify businesses that could benefit from Build Halt
- Contact potential customers through email, telephone, LinkedIn and other channels
- Generate and qualify new sales leads
- Present the platform and explain its benefits clearly
- Arrange product demonstrations and sales meetings
- Build relationships with prospective customers
- Follow up with leads and support them throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations and opportunities
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market opportunities

Who we’re looking for:
- Experience in sales, marketing, business development or lead generation
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Confidence approaching new customers
- A proactive and self-motivated working style
- Ability to work independently and achieve agreed targets
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media outreach
- Interest in technology, SaaS or business-management platforms

Experience selling software or services to construction, cleaning, maintenance, facilities management, property services or other field-based businesses would be beneficial.
Payment structure:
This is a commission-only opportunity. Commission will be paid for customers successfully introduced and secured, with the full commission structure agreed before work begins.
This opportunity is suitable for someone who is commercially focused, motivated by results and interested in helping grow an early-stage digital platform.
