This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Edinburgh. The specialist will support the planning and execution of direct marketing and sales campaigns, including prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up to convert leads into loyal customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include representing client brands in person, delivering product and service presentations, handling customer inquiries, and providing high-quality customer service. The role involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating with the wider team to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes. The specialist will also assist in training new team members, ensuring consistent messaging and contributing to overall sales growth and market penetration.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and customers effectively and professionally.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet or exceed performance targets.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management or team leadership to support onboarding and development of sales staff.
- Ability to work on-site in Edinburgh, with strong interpersonal skills and comfort in face-to-face customer interactions.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, including direct marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking tools to manage pipelines and report on performance.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Previous experience in field sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is beneficial; relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
