Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for promoting AurellienneLTD’s products and services, driving sales, and supporting brand growth. Daily tasks include:

- Engaging with prospective and existing customers
- Explaining product benefits
- Responding to inquiries through digital and phone channels

The specialist will also:
- Implement marketing campaigns
- Support online promotions
- Collaborate with the team to increase brand visibility and customer retention
Additional responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate sales records
- Providing feedback on customer trends
- Participating in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and marketing best practices
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and internal teams.
- Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals, and support ongoing sales activities.
- Training skills to deliver product and sales training, share best practices, and support team development.
- Comfortable working remotely, with good time management, self-motivation, and the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer products is beneficial, along with basic proficiency in digital tools and CRM or sales platforms.
- A background in marketing, business, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent experience will be considered.
