Help People Unlock Their Potential - Scotland Based

You've spent 15, maybe 20 years being the one people rely on.

You've led teams. Solved problems other people didn't even see. Held it all together - for a company, a classroom, a ward, a business that wasn't yours.

And somewhere in there, a question started showing up.

What if all of this - the wisdom, the resilience, the way I show up for people - was actually the foundation for something of my own?

As our global community continues to expand, we're seeking experienced professionals who are excited about applying their skills in a flexible and rewarding environment while supporting individuals on their development journey.

This opportunity offers the flexibility to work remotely, engage with people from diverse backgrounds, and continue developing your own leadership and communication capabilities through ongoing learning and professional development.

About the Opportunity

Working within an established framework, you will engage with individuals who are actively exploring opportunities for personal and professional growth. Through meaningful conversations, you'll help them identify development pathways, access relevant resources, and take positive steps toward their goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
