Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lagos. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and presenting HESED EduSuite’s solutions to school decision-makers through meetings, product demos, and follow-up communications. The specialist will develop and execute marketing initiatives, create and refine sales materials, and support campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive new customer acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with school stakeholders and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead generation, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver clear product demonstrations and onboarding sessions for new and existing clients.
  • Experience in education technology, school administration, or SaaS solutions is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and use CRM tools effectively.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
