Role Description

This is a remote, contract role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will:

  • Identify and qualify leads
  • Conduct outreach to prospective customers
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Presenting products or services
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Coordinating follow-ups to ensure a positive customer experience

The role also involves:

  • Supporting marketing campaigns
  • Gathering market and customer feedback
  • Collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging and sales strategies

The specialist may assist in:

  • Creating sales materials
  • Delivering product or service training to clients or internal stakeholders
  • Tracking key performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Sales Management and Training skills, with experience overseeing pipelines and providing guidance or product training.
  • Experience supporting or executing marketing activities, such as campaigns, promotions, or customer outreach.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, productivity tools, and online communication platforms.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or marketing is preferred.
  • Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.

Commission Structure

This is a non-residual commission-only position with 10% commission paid for the yearly pro package.

A genuinely lucrative opportunity for the right hungry and motivated individual.

Example of commission structure:

  • Yearly Pro Subscription: £3,800
  • 10% commission: £380
  • 10,000 users onboarded: £3.8m

Unlike other companies, we do not cap commissions to a number. The sky is the limit when it comes to earning potential.
