Why join Lacuna Space?
At Lacuna Space, we are pioneering direct-to-satellite IoT connectivity to bridge the global coverage gap. While traditional networks cover only a tiny fraction of the Earth's surface, our low-power Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite network connects sensors anywhere on the planet—enabling monitoring across remote and hard to reach areas.
What We Offer:
- High-Impact Mission: Drive technology that directly combats environmental challenges— from conservation and water monitoring, to smart agricultural solutions
- Cutting-Edge Innovation: Work with ground-breaking space technology. We enable standard, battery powered sensors to communicate directly via space without heavy ground infrastructure
- Growth & Ownership: Join a high-agility, scaling team where your individual contributions directly shape our commercial trajectory, product roadmap, and team culture
The Impact you'll make:
Leveraging our direct-to-satellite IoT network, your commercial leadership will bring critical connectivity to the most remote corners of the planet—fueling data driven solutions for climate action, biodiversity, and environmental stewardship where traditional infrastructure simply cannot reach.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for an adaptable, driven and tech-savvy Sales & Marketing Team Leader to head our small but growing commercial team. In this role, you will balance leadership with hands-on execution across inbound sales, marketing operations, and technical solutions.
You will be the bridge between complex space technology and real-world business needs. You need to be capable of commanding a technical conversation with IoT hardware engineers while clearly communicating ROI, ease of integration, and business value to non-technical buyers, executives, and conservation leads. This is your chance to rapidly increase our growth and revenue.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
