Sales Operation Planning Executive

Step into a highly visible, cross-functional role where you can shape how we plan, collaborate and deliver across the business. As the Sales Operation Planning Executive, you will connect teams across UK and Ireland, along with the wider European Supply Chain to strengthen our processes. Acting as a key link between Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales, you will bring people and plans together, turn insight into action and help drive outstanding business performance.

From coordinating initiatives through to managing non-performing inventory, you will own an exciting end-to-end remit with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, based on a hybrid basis from our office in Media City, Salford.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Bring Initiatives to Life: Coordinate key initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring project timelines, product transitions and artwork approvals are updated accurately and completed on time.
  • Strengthen End-to-End Collaboration: Partner with European and local Supply Chain teams to improve the processes and visibility supporting initiatives, product introductions and product phase-ins and phase-outs.
  • Drive Non-Performing Inventory Performance: Manage and report on non-performing inventory activity, giving key stakeholders greater visibility and helping to reduce risks, delays and unnecessary complexity.
  • Track New Product Development Success: Monitor New Product Development performance, identify trends and provide clear insights that support informed decision-making and successful delivery.
  • Turn Planning Data into Action: Support Kellanova Sales and Operations Planning reporting, working with Demand Planners to provide weekly updates on forecast changes, key business impacts, risks and opportunities.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Identify and deliver improvements to key processes within Integrated Business Planning, helping teams work more effectively and strengthening overall business performance.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Strong organisation and project management skills, together with a continuous improvement mindset that helps work move forward efficiently.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships, balance competing demands and keep the most important actions on track.
  • Effective communication skills to influence stakeholders across different functions to build alignment and achieve shared goals.
  • Experience of following established processes while identifying practical opportunities to simplify, strengthen and improve them.
  • Proficiency in using SAP to support accurate planning, reporting and day-to-day operational activity.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Excel to organise information, analyse data and produce clear, accurate reports.
