About eGENTIC

eGENTIC GmbH is a leading provider of data-driven, performance-based B2C lead generation. With a team of around 150 people active in 20 countries, we support more than 1,000 companies every month in acquiring new customers at scale. Headquartered in Frankfurt am Main with a UK office in Hemel Hempstead, we are dynamic, international, and still growing — and we're looking for a Sales and Partnerships Manager to help us win new partners and expand our footprint in the UK. The figures above relate to the eGENTIC group as a whole, including eGENTIC APAC, Spark 5, eGENTIC UK and eGENTIC Iberia. This role is employed by eGENTIC UK Ltd (company no. 12604392), the group's UK subsidiary.

The Role

You'll play a key role in the UK Sales Team, responsible for bringing in new business and generating qualified sales opportunities within the B2C lead generation space. You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to negotiation and closing — and once a client is on board, you'll manage that relationship with full responsibility for retaining and growing the account.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Hemel Hempstead office, with flexibility to work remotely.

What You'll Do

  • Generate qualified outbound leads by creating interest in eGENTIC's B2C lead generation portfolio of services
  • Building and managing your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement
  • Research relevant company information to inform and sharpen your outreach
  • Managing a 360-degree (full-cycle) sales process: prospecting, proposals, negotiation, and closing contracts
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, with full responsibility for retention and account growth
  • Maintain accurate leads and opportunities in our CRM system, and report on pipeline and progress
  • Represent eGENTIC in regular face-to-face meetings and at industry events
  • Keep an eye on market trends and bring ideas back to the team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
