The Role: Sales and Production Assistant
Hybrid. Monday-Friday. £23,200 per year plus a generous benefits package including Company Pension, Private Medical Insurance & Life Insurance. Full-time Permanent Position.
About you:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated individual to join and support our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to learn about the publishing industry and develop valuable organisational and commercial skills. You’ll support the sales team with administration, client communication, bookings and campaign coordination, with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. You must be competent in IT systems and software.

What your role will look like:
- Working closely with the Commercial Director you will be tasked with delivering a reliable and valued sales support role to the wider sales team.
- You must be a confident communicator and will liaise with the sales team, advertising clients and agencies daily, ensuring advertising campaigns, customer enquiries, and creative, is delivered on time and accurately.
- Manage multiplatform creative across print, digital and website advertising
- Provide CRM based data support, and management
- Plan and execute project timelines and work to publishing deadlines
- Represent both Newhall owned and third-party clients to external partners in a professional and highly competent manner
