Salary: 31,000
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8 - 4 pm (37.5 contracted hours)

You’ll be working at one of the leading repair centres in Europe, helping us recover value from products while supporting an efficient and cost-effective operation. As part of the Customer Repair Centre management team, you’ll lead and support the day-to-day Sales & Recoveries operation within the Spares Purchasing team, making sure resources are used effectively, targets are achieved and our customers remain at the heart of everything we do.
Role overview:
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading, supporting and motivating the team to deliver against business standards, Sales & Recoveries KPIs and objectives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Managing day-to-day team resources, making sure colleagues are allocated effectively to complete tasks within agreed timescales, processes and procedures.
- Supporting great customer outcomes, resolving queries and escalations while building positive relationships with colleagues and customers across the business.
- Driving operational standards and colleague development, providing regular feedback and coaching while ensuring processes, documentation, security, health & safety and relevant compliance requirements are followed.

You’ll bring a collaborative approach, strong organisational skills and the ability to lead others in a busy operational environment. An understanding of people management, coaching, health & safety, waste management or environmental policies would be beneficial, but you’ll have opportunities to develop your knowledge in the role.
You will need:
- Experience of working effectively as part of a team and the ability to lead, motivate and support others.
- The ability to allocate and manage team resources effectively while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across different areas of the business.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to support the resolution of queries and escalations.
Desirable:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, alongside good communication and organisational skills.
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent/higher qualifications, with a focus on your own performance and continued development.
