What We Do

STEF Langdons delivers chilled and frozen food to almost any location across the UK and Ireland within 24 hours, supported by 12 depots and a fleet of over 500 vehicles.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and commercially focused Sales and Regional Account Manager to join our team covering the Luton and Peterborough region.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while developing and strengthening relationships with existing customers. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, helping to maximise account potential through exceptional customer service, commercial awareness, and proactive account management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Managing and growing existing customer accounts
  • Conducting regular customer business reviews
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and pricing proposals
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
  • Managing customer queries, disputes, and claims professionally
  • Working closely with internal departments to deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintaining accurate sales pipeline and account management records
  • Supporting profitable growth across the region

What You'll Need

We're looking for someone who can build strong relationships and thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing, sales, business development, or account management role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to influence, negotiate, and close opportunities effectively
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • A flexible approach to travel and attending customer meetings, conferences, and events when required
  • Previous experience within temperature-controlled logistics is preferred

Available Shift Pattern

  • Monday to Friday
  • 42.5 hours per week
