Sales & Showroom Manager, UK
Stellar Works is set to open its dedicated UK showroom in Clerkenwell later this year, and we are looking for the person who will run it. This is a rare opportunity to be a founding presence in a new chapter of a globally respected design brand, shaping the experience of our UK clients and the day-to-day of our London operation.
Our Story
Established in 2012, Stellar Works is a globally recognized leader in furniture manufacturing, headquartered in Shanghai with offices & showrooms in New York, Los Angeles, London, Milan, and Tokyo. Stellar Works manufactures & distributes furnishings for hospitality, workplace, and residential across the AMERICAS, EMEA, and APAC. More info can be found at uk.stellarworks.com
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role combining sales operations, client services, and showroom management. You will be the operational backbone of our sales operation, as well as the face of Stellar Works in London: the first person architects, interior designers, and specifiers meet when they walk through the door. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales UK, and supported by our operations team at headquarters, your remit covers the UK as the primary market alongside broader European client and project responsibilities.
- Sales Operations & Pipeline Support: Support the Head of Sales UK across the full pipeline, from lead tracking and quotation preparation through to order processing and post-sale follow-up. Maintain CRM records and produce regular reporting on pipeline performance, project status, and forecasting. This role works closely with our A&D channel, dealer network, and contract sales network.
- Client Services: Build and maintain strong relationships with our client base: architects, interior designers, hospitality operators, and contract furniture specifiers. Handle product and pricing enquiries, coordinate sample requests and deliveries, and ensure a consistently high standard of service at every touchpoint.
- Order & Project Coordination: Liaise with our operations and production teams at the factory to support project delivery across the UK and European markets, including bespoke hospitality projects. Working closely with the Head of Sales UK, track milestones, manage documentation, and keep clients informed, acting as the connective tissue between our London showroom and our Shanghai headquarters.
- Sample & Marketing Materials: Manage the showroom's sample inventory, finish library and marketing collateral. Support the global marketing team on UK brand-building activities and content produced from the showroom.
- Showroom Management: Own the day-to-day of our Clerkenwell showroom, ensuring it is always immaculate, up to the brand standards, and welcoming. Act as the first point of contact for visiting clients, architects, interior designers, and trade partners. Plan and execute showroom events, open houses, and collection launches.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
