Sales and Student Recruitment Executive

The London School of Studies is seeking an ambitious, professional, and results-focused Sales and Student Recruitment Executive to join our growing team. This is a performance-driven role focused on managing qualified student leads and converting enquiries into successful applications and enrolments. The successful candidate will contact prospective students, understand their educational goals, recommend suitable study options, and support them throughout the recruitment journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and manage company-provided student leads
  • Convert enquiries into applications and successful enrolments
  • Follow up professionally by telephone, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings
  • Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and study preferences
  • Provide accurate information about courses, entry requirements, funding options, and application procedures
  • Support students from their initial enquiry through to enrolment
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, applications, and outcomes
  • Achieve individual and team recruitment targets
  • Provide regular performance updates to management
  • Deliver an ethical, professional, and high-quality service

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident when speaking with prospective students and handling objections
  • Strong sales, negotiation, follow-up, and customer service abilities
  • Professional, organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Able to manage multiple leads and priorities effectively
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK

Previous experience in sales, student recruitment, admissions, education consultancy, telesales, business development, or customer service would be highly advantageous. Applicants without direct industry experience may also be considered. Full training, guidance, and ongoing support will be provided to suitable candidates who demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, commitment, and the ability to achieve results.

High-performing employees may progress into senior positions, including Senior Student Recruitment Executive, Team Leader, Recruitment Manager, or Business Development Manager. The role includes a three-month probationary period. Performance will be assessed based on lead management, follow-up quality, conversion rate, target achievement, attendance, communication, professionalism, and overall contribution.
