About Nofence

Nofence has developed the world’s first virtual fencing solution for livestock. Our technology uses solar-powered collars that communicate with an app over the mobile network, allowing farmers to create and manage grazing areas in seconds, without the need for traditional physical fencing.

Farmers can make better use of their land, manage grazing more efficiently and keep track of their livestock through the app. This saves time, improves farm profitability and supports better animal welfare.

What began as an idea shared by a small group of farmers and engineers has grown into an international business, with customers across Norway, Sweden, the UK, Spain and the US. We are passionate about using technology to transform livestock management and create a better everyday life for farmers and animals.

As we continue to grow our UK and Ireland operations, we are looking for a Sales and Support Specialist to join our team.

Join us on our journey to revolutionise agriculture and make a real difference to farmers, livestock and the environment.

About the role

As a Sales and Support Specialist, you will play an important role in helping farmers discover the benefits of virtual fencing and supporting existing customers to get the most from their Nofence system.

The role combines sales, customer service and technical support. You will build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, follow up on sales opportunities, identify opportunities to grow customer accounts and provide practical guidance on using our technology.

We believe that excellent customer relationships are built on understanding the needs of farmers and helping them find the right solutions for their businesses. You will therefore need to be approachable, organised and confident communicating with customers by telephone, email and other channels.

Full training will be provided on our products, technology and customer support systems. Experience in agriculture, livestock management or a customer-facing sales role would be a significant advantage.

You will be part of a collaborative and dedicated team, working closely with colleagues across the UK, Ireland and our wider international organisation. As Nofence continues to grow, you will also have the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve our processes and help shape how our Sales and Support teams develop.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
