Sales and Trade Centre Manager - Wymondham Emulsion Factory, Norfolk
This is an exciting opportunity to join Kier Transportation as Sales and Trade Centre Manager for our Wymondham Emulsion Factory, Norfolk. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving commercial growth and supporting the long-term sustainability of the factory.
Location: Wymondham, Norfolk
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?
As a Sales and Trade Centre Manager, this role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team while driving both sales success and exceptional customer experience. Acting as the key link between sales and operations, the focus is on delivering commercial results, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth, consistent service across the Trade Centre. This is a great opportunity to play a hands-on leadership role, bringing together people, performance and operational excellence to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.

Your Day To Day Will Include
- Leading and developing the Sales and Trade Centre teams to deliver high-performance operations and maximise customer engagement
- Actively participating in daily sales operations, including handling customer calls, emails, and order enquiries alongside the team
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to encourage loyalty and account growth
- Implementing targeted sales initiatives and strategies to drive revenue and margin growth
- Identifying new business opportunities within local and regional markets
- Collaborating across operations, production, and finance teams to ensure alignment and efficient delivery
