Sales and Trading Project Manager requirements:
The project Manager will be assisting the business to align with industry standards, best practices, regulatory expectations, and evolving customer needs in the Sales and Trading Space.
- Act as the primary interface between Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and external vendors and lead coordination to drive successful project outcomes.
- Lead and manage sales and trading projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any risks or issues promptly.
- Ensure projects align with organisational goals and compliance requirements.
- Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration between sales, trading, and other departments.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery of technology and business change initiatives.
- Manage project financials, document project plans, timelines, and outcomes for future reference.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within projects.

A successful Sales and Trading Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing projects in Capital Markets, ideally Sales and Trading.
- Strong knowledge of financial services including front-to-back processes and the regulatory environment preferably within the Sales & Trading business.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A good understanding of sales and trading processes.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Job Offer
- Salary up to £120,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Standard benefits package.
- Permanent position based in London.
